INGER BERG has been with American Heart Association for the last 12 years and has focused on the fundraising efforts, events, advocacy and education for the non-profit.

For this Feb. Heart Month she is discusses the Essential 8 things you can do to keep your heart healthy and all the initiatives that the American Heart Association takes part in for community outreach and engagement.

She is also a mom of a young adult born with congenital heart disease.

Dani Aylsworth is a fighter!! As a Combat Veteran--- Army, Counter Intel, Ammunition specialist, a certified Social Worker and a heart failure survivor.

She tells us her inspirational story of survival after being diagnosed with acute heart failure that required an internal defibrillator. She is a walking testimony to the American Heart Association's essentials for heart health. She also helps the community at the non-profit Caring is Sharing and with her business as an mindset Coach, using her experiences to encourage, empower, educate and advocate for women's heart health.
