He talks about his new role as the Executive Director of the new Center for Leadership at University of West Florida in Pensacola, FL.
Capt. Kinsella was the Base Commander for one of the largest Navy Bases in the world, home to the Blue Angels, Pensacola Naval Air Station in Pensacola, FL!
Under his command he was faced with multiple challenges from a Pandemic, Hurricanes-that causes millions of damages on base, and a terrorist attack that got world attention.
He shares how his leadership held together the confidence of the troops, the base, the community.
