Her background is in Healthcare Administration and Human Resources; she is the CEO, Founder and Director of Donaldson Edge Consulting and Donaldson Edge Advocacy, the FIRST Ever Certified Community Health Navigator in the state of FL, keynote speaker about healthcare systems and leadership, published in CDC and now Author of a new book that chronicles her own journey being a 2x Breast CA diagnosis and survivor.
